The Signature Room at the 95th bills itself as the restaurant Chicago looks up to. If you really want to impress and the sky's the limit, make a reservation at The Signature Room on the 95th floor or drop in for drinks at The Signature Lounge on the 96th. They've also got gelato and a great kids menu. Try an Espresso, the mousse like coffee you can eat, named one of the best inventions of 2006 by TIME magazine.
